Call for Entry – Poster Session Invitation

Abstract Submission
Deadline: 30 April 2011
Poster Sessions:
Wednesday, 8 June 2011, 10.00h to Friday, 10 June 2011, 13.00 h
Undergraduate students, graduate students and post docs doing
research in biopharmaceutical development of proteins, monoclonal
antibodies and allied fields are encouraged and invited to present
their work in a poster session at the ECA’s Bio Production Forum
2011 taking place in Ulm, Germany, from 8-10 June 2011. This is a
great opportunity to interact with and introduce your work to
representatives from universities, industry and government.
The
Forum is an annual event which is supported by the Ludwig
Maximilians University, Munich, the Swiss Federal Institute of
Technology, Zürich, the University of Leiden, the Swiss Academy of
Pharmaceutical Sciences, the Swiss Society of Pharmaceutical
Sciences as well as by Cilag, Schaffhausen, Merck Serono and
Boehringer Ingelheim. A scientific advisory board with Prof. Winter,
LMU Munich, Wim Jiskoot, University Leiden, Christian Schröter,
Merck Darmstadt and Matej Janovjak, formerly with Cilag supported
the scientific content.
One of
the conference’s goals is to bring together academia and industry.

When
preparing your abstract, please comply with the following
guidelines:
Project must be related to biopharmaceutical research /
development
Abstracts should not exceed 500 words
Save
the abstract as a PDF and use the format “surname-first name” as
the file name
Send
the abstract to schroeder@concept-heidelberg.de
Provide abstract by 30 April – any abstracts sent after the
deadline will be not accepted
Poster Requirements
Poster should have a maximum size of 118 cm wide by 148 cm high
Content: Title, author, institution, main body of poster
describing work and results
The
presenting author's name should be underlined
Poster author must be present during the poster session to
describe her/his poster and work.
Poster Set-Up
Set-up for posters wll begin on 7 June 2011 at
5.00 pm
The ECA will reward the three best posters with 300.-, 200.- and
100.- EUR |
